About the Artist

I have been painting for about five years having taken a break after a successful career as an illustrator for, amongst others Penguin Books, Vogue, New Scientist, Random House and more. My work has been featured in 3×3 magazine and the Taiwanese publication The Age of European Drawing. I consider myself an emerging painter, still exploring the medium, the message and the freedom, with great relish. My work starts and ends in a traditional manner, drawings on paper to a conclusion of oil on canvas, but via an extensive, immersive and meandering path of digital exploration. I studied at Chelsea School of Art, London.
