The first time I met Lynne and Michael Thomas was at the 2012 Worldcon in Chicago, IL. Along with my senior editor, Janet Harriett, the four of us had gathered at a nearby café to grab a bite to eat and enjoy some coffee.

With this issue, Apex Magazine is now 4+ years old in its current digital incarnation. That’s an issue a month, without missing a single issue (we were late once, by two days, due to some personal health issues). I consider this quite a nice accomplishment and winning streak.

Over the weekend of April 5th – April 7th, I was the publisher guest of honor at the annual Conglomeration media convention held in Louisville, Kentucky. I had a great time, of course. Who wouldn’t enjoy being toted around on a sedan chair by a group of like-minded geeks?

An unfortunate error has come to my attention regarding issue 46 of Apex Magazine. There was an error made creating the HTML file that is uploaded to the Kindle subscription services website.
